Not unless something goes wrong. Might take a month to kick in properly. Optus will manually give you a credit on request on that case. Just get the MYACCOUNT sorted and wait for the bill.
Cutting it a bit fine though. Took me 4987 to find out the secret of your username. Batting a 6% solution rate (think the mods do a lot better than that). The 68,437 messages viewed is quite the (scarys) statistic.

Well there is a lot of guess work when you don’t have access to the billing system and that is one area the mods have the upper hand. I don’t think the solutions solved or kudos have any correlation to the amount of posts as many people do not return once they get an answer. It’s actually the most disappointing aspect of the forum when you go to the effort to help people and they don’t even give you as much as a thank you.

Not sure either. Quality over quantity Dave. My dad taught me that he who holds his council always appears the wisest in the room. Not sure how that translates in the internet age though.
