Wifi hasn’t been working for a few days. Spoke with Optus twice which proved useless as the issue continues. Tried troubleshooting the modem and still nothing. Modem seems to be working and my iPhone is connecting to wifi but internet not working. Any help would be appreciated before I change providers.
Doesn't sound like the modem is working. But difficult to know whether something has damaged your NBN line, or the modem/router needs replacement. You won't know until you get another one. The Sagemcoms seem like the worst. If you have ADSL, you can easily buy another better one.
