my home wifi wifi has been down all day. Called Optus and no returned call. Wait time over an hour to hold.
Searchingn my address says no faults at my closest tower.
i work from home and have deadlines due and I simply can’t not have access!!
Optus has been poor all week cutting in and out but today it’s finally just given up!

Can I just make sure that you've flagged the Fixed Outages check box? When checking for Network outages, you have two options - that's Mobile and Fixed.
You'll need to ensure that you've checked Fixed Outages.
If the fault is intermittent (drop outs at certain times of the day) - We may be performance maintenance or upgrades in your area. If that's the case, it will be broadcast on our Network status page.
