Why is it is so that Optus do no cater to older Customers when you have an issue.

Why is it, My Parents Broad band is down in the Sydney suburb of Rosleands for over 24hours.
They can not contact a human - they sit on a phone line for over 2 hours. - Absolutle Rubbish. Older People Can't sit around for longer than 1hour. They might be dead in 2 hours.

This website - crowd suff. Even Confuses me.
You click the link in the coverage and it goes to Mobile. ?  How did cable become mobile?

Oh and I know I wenth through the automated setup. It claimed outage in the area. Really. But that must of been mobile. As it's no longer saying that. Yet I have no internet.

"Coverage" relates to where you can get reception for mobile phones.

You need to check the OUTAGES tab and then select mobile or fixed.

FWIW the is a mobile outage in the area but no fixed outage - is your parents broadband "mobile broadband"?
