Why is OPTUS DNS blocking lkgroup.com.au

Why does Optus block or fail to resolve "lkgroup.com.au"???

 

I've tried it on several optus services, including on my Optus mobile and on my home Optus cable broadband and a business Optus service. All fail to resolve:


C:\Users\admin>nslookup lkgroup.com.au
Server: dnsany01.optusnet.com.au
Address: 198.142.152.164

*** No internal type for both IPv4 and IPv6 Addresses (A+AAAA) records available for lkgroup.com.au

 

If I use a public DNS eg, Google DNS, it works:


C:\Users\admin>nslookup lkgroup.com.au 8.8.8.8
Server: google-public-dns-a.google.com
Address: 8.8.8.8

Non-authoritative answer:
Name: lkgroup.com.au
Addresses: 2403:1400:2:1::107
202.124.241.203

 

 

Also tried OPTUS secondary DNS and it failed there too...!!!

This DNS resolution was working on a couple of weeks ago. But now today it's not working. This is frustrating!!

 

Come on Optus, fix the issue! Just hoping someone at Optus sees this and can fix it. I tried the online chat support but they didn't seem to know what was going on.

 

A simple change of DNS server on any of the OPTUS connections resolved the problem, but why are the Optus servers not able to resolve this domain... Please Fix This OPTUS.

It's resolving here on Optus.
