I have tried quite a few times without any success to have this problem fixed by optus, but all have failed!
Once again I will try again!
Can someone please help correct this issue with my "Caller ID"

good luck darrel. I have no caller I D on incomming calls after connected to N B N. Waited over a hour for optus to answer, then told it would be fixed within 4 hours. Next attempt on chat (after trying for an hour) was given same answer, would be fixed within 4 hours. Still not sorted. This is surposed to be a communication company. Tezza1
