I have put in the request for the relocation 2 weeks prior to my move in date in the new address. All i got was a reference number and nothing else. When i enquired about it the support team said my relocation service was scheduled 3 weeks from today's date due to limited technicians. I am truely baffled by this and need some help from someone.
