Hi @sen1, there could be many factors affecting this. Is this on an email application like Outlook or Windows mail? Does the same issue replicate when you login directly into → Webmail. Have you tried a different browser or clearing the cache / cookies. Please refer to our Email → Help & Support page for more info.
