Why do I still receive bills after disconnection?

I've been receiving bill emails from myaccount@optus.com.au consisitantly with a $0.00 bill amount. The broadband service has been disconnected since Oct last year, why bill still reach me?

I wonder if there is a small charge (ie: like you paid your  last bill with a credit card) and it's been below the amount they care about, and its eventually removed itself.
