I ordered a replacement router from Optus as my original Sagemcom router died. Is there anywhere I can track the order? I was given an order reference consisting 7 characters and then 3 digits. I have tried the various order tracking pages, but they either cannot find the order or am told the order reference is in the wrong format.
So does anyone know how I can track this?

It sounds like you've been given the work order reference number i.e. AGPADDD001
