I have signed up for Optus broadband. It has been installed. I have had no communication from Optus. I have tried to call them many times. Each call has taken 30 -55 minutes waiting, and then I am told I am in the wrong department.
ALL I WANT IS AN EMAIL FROM OPTUS WITH MY CONTRACT DETAILS enabling me to log in to my account and optus sports.
I dont think I have ever been this unhappy about any supplier of any service.
Have you received your first invoice yet? This will show your account number and allow you to log into to my account.
If you have a Fetch box you should be able to activate Optus Sports on you Fetch box by going to manage and subscriptions,
