Had a technician scheduled between 8am and midday. No one showed up and when I checked my appointment, it had changed to 8am to 1pm. Still noone showed up. I have tried calling and using the 24x7 chat multiple times but there's apparently a hour or more wait (auto message when you call). My modem has all the correct lights on but I am getting a limited wifi signal. I cannot log into change the modem settings as I haven't been given a email yet. I really just want my internet. Any help or advice is appreciated.
Do you still need assistance with this? Have you got a fault reference number we can check?
