Vivid wireless

Hi

I was a costumer to Vividwirless 4G Broadband since 2017 and now I'd like to stop the service , I contacted the support team and they couldn't locate my customer number , the Address , or anything related to me , went to optus shop at Craigieburn and they were very rude to me , I'm trying to get some help from someone here.

@Zaid82 Yes Crowd cannot directly help you as there is no access to Customer Accounts/Orders.

You could lodge a complaint

Or you could go the old fashioned way write a letter to
