Vivid Wireless Modem - Wireless and DSNS

Hi, I have recently signed up and purchased the modem for vividwireless plan and noticed that the wireless signal is much weaker than our previous normal adsl broadband modem. Is there a way to fix this?

Also, how can I setup DDNS with vividwireless network, I know how to set it up in the modem but it seems like the configuration retrieved from the network os not allowing it to work.

If you have your old modem you could plug that back into the new modem and set up its wifi?

I absolutely can but unfortunately, we no longer posses the modem after the change.

Re: Vivid Wireless Modem - Wireless and DSNS

Are you still using the same wifi band? Most modems now have 2.4Ghz and 5Gz bands with their own SSID?

Re: Vivid Wireless Modem - Wireless and DSNS

Looking from the specs, vivid modem only allows 2.420GHz-2.4835GHz
