Very unstable Optus Cable!

I have been with Optus cable for about half year. However it frequently drops out. Every 2-3 days, I have several hours cannot access internet. 

Very bad experience. Considering to CANCEL it!

Hey @ivan18, sorry to hear that 😕 Have you raise this with Tech Support at all to investigate → 131344? If so, did you have any fault/reference numbers we could look at to follow up on for you?
