Our Optus cable service in our street stopped over 3 days ago. No internet and no phone. Had to take a day off work for the technician to come to my house to tell me he could not fix the problem as there is no signal at the pole. Does this happen a lot? How long am I likely to have to wait? I live in Gordon, Sydney.

Did you have a fault ref # that we can follow up on for you?
@UnhappyHomeUser, it looks our technicians have visited the site and replaced the component of hardware that was resulted in signal loss.
