Very slow 4G wireless internet

Cant believe how slow our internet is - we have 4G wifi and its lucky to be running at 180kbps!  phone app support is crap keeps bumping me back to the start. Wish i could cancel and go to Aussie broadband without penalties.  I work on medical equipment i am still looking after my customers as they pay me - we pay the same charges each month but now have no support from OPTUS - as soon as this account expires i am done with them.

Glad i'm not the only 1 seems to be a lot with the same problems, i'm near Murwillumbah NSW but Since this Covid19 has taken over the 4G has steadily gotten worse and worse and now is basically dial up speeds unless you get on at 2am then it improves a little. But during the day its basically useless. Pretty sure we should be eligible for some major discounts at this rate it should be free. I feel stupid for signing a 2 year Contract but i can't see how they are fulfilling their obligations. It's really driving me mad. I have had to purchase external antennas which bumped my signal upto 4 bars but no improvement in speed. SO it Falls on OPTUS to FIX Something...Anything.
