Am I the only person to ever move house with an Optus broadband service? Optus seem to be completely confused by it. I have contacted them four times and all they have done is send me a new router that I do not require. Does anyone have an Australian contact number?
No Australian support numbers unfortunately. Were you able to get the same services at your new address?
Yes but all I get is the optusnet service page
