Used up to EMAIL 90%

For the last few days my Email has been at about 87%/90%  and I don't want to get to 100% so my inmail will stop.

I spent an hour yesterday on a talk back but did not get any solution.

I have deleted all emails from my In/spam/Trash etc. but still showing 87% in the settings .

Can you please help me to identify where the system may be hiding some items to cause this high amount of  usage.

Hey @BrianGodsell, we appreciate you reaching out and for going through your emails. As specified here, you have a mailbox size limit of 500 MB per email address (this includes your Inbox, Sent Items, Spam Folder, Deleted Items; and any other folders under your mailbox in Webmail).

Please note that your mailbox size limit refers to the total mailbox size, in Megabytes (MB) of the email in the folders mentioned above, not the number of emails you have. Therefore emails with attachments such as pictures, music, and video will take up more space. 


For privacy reasons, we are unable to review your emails. But, I would recommend deleting emails permanently in your Deleted Mail folder and also deleting unnecessary emails with large attachments.

I deleted again and maybe did something differently as I have now got the usage down to 47%. 

I appreciate the help.
