Urgently need replacement modem

I was on a call with the Optus engineer today who remotely checked my network connection. After I rebooted the modem for the 5th time today I had a good network. Alas 10mins after the engineer dropped off, as predicted I lost network again. I clearly need Optus to replace my cable modem. Can anyone help????

It might be your modem but it could also be your line in. Are you on FTTN? Do you need landline capability?
