Help please! My Internet just dropped this afternoon roughly 4:30pm! I been waiting in the tele queue for more than an hour! I tried the My Optus app but it tells me I can;'t register!
Both wife and me working from home, meeting lined up! need urgent help with Internet please.
P.S. I have tried reboot cable modem multiple times, tried reset modem too.
Please reach out to me ASAP! I have NO other ways contact Optus!
