I accidentslly uninstalled Windows Live Mail and lost my parents emails.
Microsoft have stopped supporting WLM now so I can’t rrjnstall the app.
So so I installed MS Mail but no emails are showing.
During the setup I entered the Optusnet username and password and email and the account connects fine and I can send and receive emails. But all the emails they had in their inbox and also their inbox in the iPad are not there.
Any help appreciated.
This is because WLM was probably set up as “pop3” email which means when it downloaded emails, it didn’t leave them behind. So you won’t be able to get them back.
