Why does optus insist on sending me emails directly to my personal email acount that are not marketing emails and yet have a noreply address line. In this case I have recently been sent two 'terms and conditions emails' both with no way of replying to are asking questions about the notice. How do I tell Optus I do not acccept such notifications with no means of unsubscribing or replying to the sender.
Note - I didn't request to be contacted in the way the least optus needs to do is make it easy to reply to the original email instead of including links to log on to services such as this. This is very poor customer relations.
FWIW Companies are allowed to send communications to individuals that they have a business relationship with (as long as it is business related). You can't unsubscribe to such emails.
I'm not sure where else Optus would send documents? Although you can opt for paper communications and billing in MYACCOUNT.
