Unknow bill

I have received a bill from Optus asking to pay $270, but I don't have any account or service with Optus.


It is impossible to contact Optus, when I click on help it ask me to download the app, when I download the app it say my account is not supported. And when I call the call center it says that the wait is 1hr.

It was probably either sent to you by mistake or its a scam.

Did they address you by name?

Was it an email? Did it have a bill attached?

Can you post it here (without any personal details such as name or account/phone numbers) so that we can take a look?
