Why am I being charged Account Charges???
It starts from this month and I am sure I did nothing!!!
I have searched online, someone says it could be late fees but I've set up a direct debit and it shouldn't be late.
Hope someone could help me figure it out.
It should tell you what the fee was for on your bill?
If you don't have a paper bill and have a direct debit then its an error. Suggest you confirm with Optus both these items are set and they'll recredit the fee for you.

Remember, paying by credit card (Even direct debit) incurs a service fee.
