Unable to load websites on any browser or device

I am unable to load any websites on any of my devices. I have also tried on multiple browsers. I have followed all the instructions Optus tech has asked me to follow, but I have not been given any advice that has been successful.


My Sagemcom Optus modem is on - the DSL light and internet light is on. I have logged into the modem interface and it has shown that the internet is connected with a speed of around 17,000kbps. I have tried connecting both via wifi and Ethernet cable - both methods do not work. I have also tried using a non-Optus modem, which also doesn’t solve the problem.


I am able to load websites when connected to other networks. I’m not sure what the problem is. Does anyone one have a solution? This problem started more than a month ago and I have not gotten a satisfactory response from Optus tech support
