After moving house I am unable to connect my wireless modem. When trying to connect I get a red light saying I don't have any service. Not sure why I am paying for a service that I can't use.
The first things we need to know are have you checked if there are any known network issues at your new address?
Have you contacted Optus directly to see if they know what the problem is?
