Unable to activate mobile broadband prepaid

Error message says I have an account with Optus but my details don’t match. It says “chat with us “ but when I click on this link - it either does not change or it prompts me to download the Optus add which I have did

If you have a social media account, please send a PM to Optus on Facebook or a DM on Twitter with the details mentioning you're unable to use Chat/Messenger.
