Unable to Link Optus Service - No Optusnet Information Sent

I was meant to be sent my Optusnet login username and details. My internet service has been connected and my modem has been delivered. I have tried all troubleshooting to no avail. I even tried linking the service to MyAccount and there was an error "An Internal Error Has Ocurred".
