I have two Optus accounts, one account that has two mobile devices, another separate account that has broadband, telephone and fetch tv.
I have a service fault with the telephone and cannot call or message optus as they insist the only communication shall be through the app.
I can only log into the account that has the mobile numbers as I used the same email address on both accounts.
I am now stuck with no land line phone, no support and no way to raise this urgent service issue.

If so you can add a service there
