Turning off DLM

Is it possible to have DLM turned off on my line or change to other line profiles with Optus ADSL2+? I can not seem to find these settings when logged into Optus My Account.

Hey Luke,

 

The reason you can't find any links to changing the line profile of the service is because Optus don't give access to the area. You'll be required to contact Optus technical support for any actions like this.. Keep in mind they won't turn off line profiles as doing so normally creates issues in its self as. O line is perfect and require a form of profiling.
