I am a valid Optus mobile customer and have had the same Optus email address for around twenty years; when I tried to login today it wont let me in and instead says "licence expired". Does anyone have any ideas as to what this is? I tried to contact support but have not got a response.
Same - though downloading email using phone app still works so email server is up.
Have same issue. Trying to get onto Optus support to discuss this matter is very difficult.
I'm also getting the message Licence expired so it must be a system problem. Its also asking for a security code which it doesn't normally do. Doesn't let me log in even if I put in the security code.
webmail login is stating licence expired? is there an overall issue at the moment ?
I can log into my account but when I try to access my webmail it tells me Service Expired. What the?
Same here. I also don't have the app so can't check emails at all.
