I am a valid Optus mobile customer and have had the same Optus email address for around twenty years; when I tried to login today it wont let me in and instead says "licence expired". Does anyone have any ideas as to what this is? I tried to contact support but have not got a response.
I'm also getting the message Licence expired so it must be a system problem. Its also asking for a security code which it doesn't normally do. Doesn't let me log in even if I put in the security code.
