I am overseas and I am not able to call the international number to cancel. Can you please provide an alternative method for me to cancel my home wireless broadband?
Reasons to cancel:
I was overcharged on my very first bill and I was never refunded
$15 is too much to charge if I am accidently late to pay a bill
It seems a little dodgy that cancellation of a service is not easier (I do not even have a fixed contract), if it was I may have been able cancelled last month and saved $80.
