I'm having trouble connecting a wifi network to Fetch TV - and I've tried all trouble-shooting suggested and am now at the point of attempting a hard reset. I've followed instructions to unplug from power, leave for 30 secs, plug in and then press coloured buttons in order, but nothing seems to be forcing the reset.
I've tried pushing them 10 times each, 100 times each, for one minute etc etc however each time it restarts it seems to have remembered my wifi network and I am still unable to connect.
Very frustrating as up until two nights ago, we had had no problems with this little box.
Anyone else have any ideas??

If that doesn't work, you can try a hard reset however this will wipe any saved programs you have.
Alternatively, send your account number, full name and DOB through via PM and we'll take a look!
I tried both a soft and hard reset without success - is there a trick to the hard reset?
It doesn't matter how many times I push the coloured buttons in the correct order, the reset doesn't occur.
Anything else I could try?
