Just to say thankyou to "Vik" from Optus who guided me through the troubled times we had earlier this month.
We had a blow out on a pole which affected several folk down the line.
Vik did everything he could and had a man up the pole within the hour and a return visit by Telstra to finish it all.
Thanks Vik..whoever you may be... for your marvellous work and your concern. Thanks for the 'phone number you gave me in case of any return faults.
