I ordered an additional broadband service through our account and received a temporary order number 3 days ago but have heard nothing since.

Have tried calling 4 different numbers - either they can't help or there is a 30 minute wait time
Email - tried replying to original email from Optus - it's a system email that doesn't accept incoming email
Anywhere else I can get an update?
