I am exhausted for the service provided by optus.ordered for adsl connection on 8th November and technician scheduled was from 8m to 1pm today(23th nov).waiting from 8am tto 1pm.nobody came.time to time I asked on live chat whether technician coming or not they assured me yes coming.
just before 1pm I was told they changed the scheduled on 30th November on live chat. even I had to initiate the chat by myself to know that. I took half day leave from office on Friday. and I was feeling like I am just nobody to them.. after that somebody called me from back end team and assured me he would resolve it.drama continuess later.at 6pm I asked in live chat.now I came to know technician visit was changed to 1pm to 6pm today.just feeling wow on that time.luckily my wife on house.. but no technician was there..however again initiated live chat on 9pm today. they tell me that they can confirm on next Monday.what should I do now? I am feeling sick of it.seriously.. should I complain to iot? what to do?
