Technician appointment

Hi a technician will be at my shop tomorrow morning to check my lines due to internet issues and im in ht emidst of porting back to optus can he connect the phone while he is at the appointment? no point making me wait 2 weeks its for business...

Hi Lazos, just to confirm - your internet connection is already with Optus now and you're also porting a landline service to us from another carrier?

Okay, so the port will be completed automatically in the porting management system we share with the other carriers, the technician isn't able to speed up this process.
