I received an email from Optus saying my home phone and broadband are being suspended.
my Bill has been paid.
what is the reason???
First up are you sure the email is from Optus? Many scam emails say exactly that and direct you to links/screens to gather personal info.
But you need to talk to Optus billing directly to find out what they say. You could check your bank account first to confirm the latest payment did get made or MyAccount to see what the account balance is there.
