March 2019 Bill
My entertainment plan last month was $81.82
My promo plus 12 month sim last month was $33.17
Which gives a total including GST of $127.04
Same service for April 2019 Bill
My entertainment plan this month was $102.74 (increase of over $20).
My promo plus 12 month sim this month was $36.50
Which gives a total including GST of $139.78
I'd like to know how I can be charged an increase of $20 when all my other bills for previous months were around the $125-$130 mark - with no additional services added?
Have a look at the two bills and compare them line by line? As without seeing them, It’s very hard to say exactly.
That said, it would be best to speak to chat or phone them to analyse the bill to understand what has if anything changed.
its possible a discount for being on contract with the said contract expiring has meant the discount has finished?
