Really not happy and maybe should have stayed with Telstra however though we should have a change when we moved house. Signed up 11.12.17 and was sent critical info but sent other email we were told we would receive, not given phone number, account deatils or any other information. Rang back again to ask phone number, tell them about the mess the tech left, find out why we had 2 modums and enquire about Fetch box. The guy told me that when we activate the internet which was on Sat 16th Dec we would be sent box, however we are still awaiting for that to arrive and the email to tell us the account details. We are paying for service we cannot use as tonight the phone line is dead too.
We also find that the interent reception not strong enough to be abke to use the internet at the other end of the house which I thought would not happen nowadays.
Not sure what to do now.
