We have been dealing with an Optus store regarding answering machine problems with a home phone and getting nowhere. Last week we had an appointment with Dana Browne, Assistant Store Manager at Optus North Lakes, a different store from that mentioned earlier. She quickly understood the problem and was able to rectify the problem on the spot.
We would like our appreciation forwarded to Dana for her completely professional attitude and she is an example of what is expected of Optus.
