That may be a one off, im currently getting max speeds of 30mbps. I have gone in circles many times with live chat which concluded to rechecking the speeds at this time now. It has now been over 48 hrs and I'm losing my poop as too why its so difficult...
Day 4, yesterday was told speed boost was activated and too wait 24 hrs. Now pass 24 hrs. I have been told to consistently wait but nothing still. I don't even have my fetch packs too. Really good start from optus..

If they tell your speed pack is active (I'm assuming you've asked for the 100/40 pack) but you are still getting speeds less than 30 Mbps then either there's a technical issue in your area or you are in a situation where insufficient bandwidth has been purchased by the Telco to actually provide you with the speed you have contracted for. Peter is probably right if that is the case. Wait another day...if there is no improvement then lodge a complaint with the TIO here:
