ive added the speed max boost pack to my cable plan the other day, but I don’t think it’s been activated. Cause I’m still getting the same speed as before. I’ve talked to two team members , they all said the speed pack has been added to my account , but no one could answer why my internet speed is still the same. I did reset the modem and unplug all the lines, waited 5 mints , turned it back on, still not working. please help

It can sometimes take a bit to kick in. Do the restart a few more times. Ring a few more times (or live chat)
Ensure you're testing out of peak times.
