Thought I would share this with you from what I found whilst on the call with Optus Technical Support.


They have advised that they are aware of congestion issue in my area which they are currently working towards end of September to resolve... seems like this might be affecting other areas.


Until then we have crappy internet at night... I mean its better than 56K dial up right?


Maybe call your Optus Technical Support.


Hint: Try and use the live chat service rather than waiting on the call.. get the optus rep to call the technical team and get them to call you back.. so you dont have to wait!
