Slow cable speed

Well I have had enough! After more than 10 years with Optus on cable , my  internet speed has gone to the ridiculous! Slower than average upload and download speed and constantly resetting the modem to see if that helps. I am sick and tired of having to wait over an hour to get to speak to someone about this problem! I am seriously looking at going elsewhere! I am paying for a premium service and have been a loyal customer and this is what I am getting for my money? No help or solution? I am horrified at the customer service and the non helpful solutions and will be going to the ombudsmen to put in a complaint! Optus up your game!
