Slow Video Slow Youtube

Hello All,

changed from telstra wireless prepaid to optus prepaid three months ago. Searched for solutions to why the internet video is so slow! There is no solution (tried them all that are listed). Same location, same machine, obvious difference. Please, I can't even view one whole youtube file (3 minutes or more). Give me advise.

Hey powerfish_2000 - it can be difficult to determine speeds via Youtube videos as there are other factors to take into consideration. What speeds are you seeing when performing a speed test via this link so we can take a closer look into this for you?

To my knowledge, you need to update the version and check whether there are some addons that have restricted the network.
