Desperate. Feel like living in a Third World Country.No Conection for three months.Optus is not doing anything to solve the problem. OH sorry they do.Take money from my account every month.Had technicians back home also an interference investigator.All bla bla no one calla back no one fixed nothing.I need to atop paymenta and than maybe they will start replaying. My fault I still pay them.Anyone has any solutions or where else can I complain.
Are you on Optus cable or ADSL? What postcode are you in?
You can make an official complaint here (write a letter as these are taken much more seriously) although unless there's a specific issue with your connection, the only solution ATM is then to exit any contract and go elsewhere.
