Slow Internet and UNREACHABLE TECHNICAL TEAM :(

Hello Everyone

 

1- Is anyone having issues connecting Webchat for Technical issues? I can't reach to them for the past couple of days. 

 

2- Tried the Optus support on the Phone but after going to alot of options still can't reach the Technical team, I just get a SMS at the end.

 

3- Tried to reach the Optus on FB but very delayed automated reply asking me to check if everything is OK in the area.

 

4- Spoke to Dandenong Customer service, bunch of people helpless just handover you the phone. They can't even raise a ticket - very surprising !!!!

 

How's your experience with Optus, mine is very frustrating and disappointing

 

What's the quickest way to reach the Tech team?

From what I can see, there is no way to reach their technical team. Optus appears to unfortunately have no interest in speaking to their customers directly other than for sales. Have you noticed how many people have had issues over the last few days? And how many Optus employees have replied to their issues? None, that I have seen on the posts I've seen.

 

Unless Optus sort this issue out and provide proper technical support, I see customers will have no option to desert them in droves and move to an ISP who will at least take the time to speak to them.
